Baker's Golden Ale

Three Mugs Baker's Golden Ale, 4.5% ABV. 16 fl oz can. Collaboration with Oyatsupan Bakers in Beaverton, where we use bread heels that they cut off fresh loaves of bread. They were previously just throwing the heels out, but they contain plenty of fermentables, so we experimented a bit and came up with a delicious, light, malty ale.
